3. Please understand that THE FINAL RESULT IS DEPENDS ON RAW FILE QUALITY, (the mic you use, the way you sing, your room reflection/the echo from your room, etc). so I hope you do your best to sing at the right key and tempo, because I'm not a magician

4. TUNE & TIME ONLY HELP TO FIX MINOR MISTAKES, you should still try your best to sing on the right pitch and tempo, Remember, tuning and timing cannot fix your emphasis and articulation. If you are unsure, I highly recommend you to practice first.

5. Make sure you have SORTED THE TRACK AND NAMED IT ACCORDING TO THE TRACK CONTENT, such as “MAIN”,  “OVERLAP”, “HARMO 1”, “HARMO 2”, “ADLIBS”.

6. ​MAKE SURE THE TRACK CONTENT MATCHES THE TRACK NAME, AND DO NOT MIXED ADLIBS TRACKS WITH HARMONY TRACKS.

7. I don't limit the number of tracks.

8. Artificial harmony does not incur additional costs.

9. Vocal tone and singing technique will greatly affect the tuning result. For example, Breathy and thin-sounding vocals will tend to sound more robotic/artificial when tuned.​​

10. I don't provide instrumentals for cover songs, so you must include instrumental files in the folder that you send. If you use another singer's cover as a reference, you can include it.

11. I highly recommend WAV as the export format for your RAW tracks.

12. I strongly recommend recording and exporting your tracks with 48kHz, or at least 44.1kHz Sample Rate.

13. Put all of your track, vocal, instrumental, and reference on the same folder (Google Drive, MEGA, or your preferred cloud service).

14. I highly recommend that you also include reference tracks in the folder, whether it's the original song you're singing, or someone else's cover, and it can be both. IF THERE'S NO REFERENCE PROVIDED, I WILL CONSIDER THE ORIGINAL SONG AS THE REFERENCE.

15. For original songs, I still recommend provide reference songs, at least songs that are similar to your original song.

16. You can request certain effects, but keep in mind that mixers also have limited effects.

17. Please recheck your vocal track and listen to it carefully before handing it to me. Retake if you find any mistake, crackle or noise.

18. Avoid vocal track clipping! This will cause your vocal audio being distorted and will decrease the quality of the mix later. I'll give you an example image below of how clipping vocal track looks like. 
    
    
    
     

19. If there is overlap part, please separate it on a different track.

20. Don't use any effect or processing on your RAW vocal (such as noise removal, compressor, EQ, reverb, etc) Unless you're recording with extra analog gear.

21. You can request a revision after I give a preview.

22. Please lower the volume of your device when listening to the mastering results for the first time. THE MASTERING RESULTS WILL SOUND VERY LOUD, AND MAY DAMAGE YOUR EARDRUM OR DEVICE IF THE VOLUME IS NOT LOWERED FIRST.

23. Specifically for instrumental mixing, you can discuss it with me first.

24. Payment terms are always at the end, after mixing is complete.

25. Additional revisions beyond the provided limit will incur additional fees

26. Warning! If you re-take or change songs, or change tracks when the mix is halfway through, you will be charged an additional half the price of the service you selected!

27. Make sure you use a condenser, or dynamic microphone to get the best result.

28. Last, but not least, DO YOUR BEST WHEN RECORDING. Your final result will depend on your vocals, the pitch and tempo of your singing, the condition of your recording room, and your recording gear.
